LinkForty is a product operated by LinkForty, Inc.LinkForty, Inc. is the data controller for information collected through our website and for our paying customers' accounts (e.g., name, email, billing details, account activity). When our customers use LinkForty to process their end-users' data through our SDKs and platform, our customer is the data controller and LinkForty, Inc. acts as the data processor under a Data Processing Agreement — that relationship is described in our Services Privacy Policy.

Our customers who integrate our SDK must not provide us with data about end-users below these ages.
